In the countryside surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that sink their roots in the limestone rock of a sacred mountain.

Our company is located in Apulia, a region of Southern Italy, in the heart of the Italian spur, “Gargano”, a peninsula facing Croatia.

Our territory, with its millenary forests, the white and picturesque villages, the beautiful beaches with the white cliffs, the lakes, Tremiti Islands, is protected by the Gargano National Park and by two UNESCO areas.

Our culture is characterized to have remained strongly faithful to its traditions and its values, emerge clearly from the architecture, the songs, the nursery rhymes and the taste of our food. The Mediterranean mite climate has permitted that for millennia is cultivated here the olive tree, an “eternal” plant that thrives. Masseria Don Nunzio and Cavallo is born here, in the countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees whose roots lie in the calcareous rock of this Sacred Mountain (there are two sanctuaries, dedicated to Saint Michael and San Pio) thanks to the passion for a rough and abundant land at the same time, and to the tenacity, the same of the secular olive trees.

We believe that beauty resides in the simplicity of life, in truth and in respect of a long history, that of the shepherds and the Gargano farmers. We strongly believe in local productions oriented to high quality, like that of our extra virgin olive oil and our dairy products.

This is the spirit that animates our philosophy, while we are protagonists of the recovery of culture and of the tangible and intangible traditions of this part of the territory of Apulia. A culture capable of stimulating real, authentic and unforgettable sensations that can be experienced in the Masseria Don Nunzio and Cavallo.

In recent years we have restored the old farmhouse, taking the traditional architecture and furnishings, to adapt it to locations for events and weddings. Masseria Don Nunzio and Cavallo has become, therefore, a place where you can experience the authentic Italian rural life with your friends and family, during the festive moments that will remain forever among the memories of life. In particular, we are committed to the hospitality of newlyweds who share the pleasure of celebrating their wedding in the spectacle of the explosive nature of our land, in front of breathtaking views, among ancient olive trees.

Our events are managed with refined rural elegance in all components, from the layout of the tables to the floral arrangements, the music, and the illuminations. In addition, our Masseria focuses particular attention on gastronomy through the continuous research of excellent and genuine products and also through the collaboration with well-known local chefs.
