In the village of Finale Ligure, close to the beach, Hotel Punta Est was originally built as the XVIII century mansion of a musician and composer from La Scala in Milan. More than a standard hotel, it is almost like a world apart from the rest of the coast… it is a special place which preserves the charm of ancient Liguria, offering guests an exquisite, elegant and relaxing Mediterranean experience.The Villa is perched on a hillside, inside a large park overlooking the beach, among centuries old pine trees, palms and exotic plants.A DIFFERENT PLACE, UNIQUE IN EVERY DETAIL…

Access is not always obvious and parking operations require some attention, but the staff service is ready to help you and an electric car is available to transport luggage. Once arrived on the small promontory (better with shoes with rubber soles) views of the sea through the branches of the pines remember the verses of the Italian poet Eugenio Montale … “Look through leaves the heartbeat away from the sea scales …” it is surrounded by a sense of well-being, and you never want to leave!

Our guests can enjoy a truly magical soak in our large, beautiful american redwood hot tub and then cool off in a hand carved granite tub.This special area is available to all our guests, however we would like to remind parents that children under 16 should always be accompanied by an adult.

BANQUETS

The restaurant is available for banquets and ceremonies up to a maximum of 100 guests.

The large restaurant hall is well suited to host banquets and parties, with specific menus for every taste. The outdoor panoramic terraces are perfect for aperitifs or buffet dinners.

Aperitifs and meals can be served on the panoramic terraces as well as in the comfortable dining hall. Our natural grotto and the terraces overlooking the sea are an ideal location for an unforgettable event.

Our Chefs are available to help you choose the right menu, whether it is a traditional meal or a more casual buffet. Our Maitre can also advise you on the food and wine pairings. Special rates are available for guests booking both banquet and overnight stay. We will be happy to provide specific quotations.

Finale Ligure is located about 100 km from the French border on the Ligurian “Riviera delle Palme”, which is the nearest Mediterranean coast to the big north-west Italian cities and to northern Europe. To reach Hotel Punta Est from the Motorway:

Motorway A10 Genoa – Ventimiglia: exit Finale Ligure. Drive approx. 3 km downhill up to the coastal road and the sea, then turn left and drive through the small town of Finale Ligure. After less than 2 km at the eastern end of the city, the entrance of Hotel Punta Est is located on the left side of the road, immediately before the first tunnel.

Lying well protected in the gulf of “Riviera delle Palme” framed by the cliffs of cape Noli and the hills of cape Mele, the small town of Finale Ligure retains it character along its beautiful sandy beach.
The traffic free shopping center and palm tree-lined walk between sea and scented gardens, extending to over 2 km, is moments away from the Hotel Punta Est.

The historical center abounds with little restaurants and shops, which offer the local gastronomic and craftman’s products.

In the central square of the town stands the Arch of Queen Margareta of Spain, where many cultural, musical and theatrical events take place throughout the summer.
