CATERING

Lo Schiavo has developed a concept of modern catering inextricably linked to the world of banqueting, in other words catering that offers a range of culinary choices that are a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. Tradition and inspiration in the vocation of cooking, innovation in the refined presentation of food and in exalting a new flavour in food designer dishes.

The chef will recommend the most suitable menu for the occasion based on products of the highest quality, seasonal and 0 km, preferring the blue fish of the Mediterranean Sea or the wild meat typical of the Calabrian mountains, with high nutritional properties.

CONFECTIONERY

No one knows how to embody the splendour of sweetness, from inviting cream cakes and tasty cakes, the most from the Lo Schiavo family; which since 1948 has been bringing tradition and innovation to the art of pastry and the famous namesake cake shop in Vibo Valentia.

The Borgo del Convento is an old building built around the former Augustinian convent of Santa Maria della Pietà, dating back to the fifteenth century, built on even more ancient structures. This venue has belonged to the family of the current owners since 1814.

In an area particularly suited to the production of quality wines, Statti and Ferrocinto companies are open to important events and welcome the atmosphere of your wedding, becoming a romantic location.

The Federiciano Castle of Roseto Capo Spulico, firmly perched on a cliff, is an unparalleled charm. Listed as one of the most romantic historic houses in Europe, it gives an exceptional setting to accommodate wedding receptions and all kinds of events.

A short distance from the beautiful town of Tropea , is the Il Faro, one of the most exclusive of the Costa degli Dei and of the entire Calabria region, an ideal location for holding wedding receptions, birthdays and special events.

In the enchantment of the hills and the countryside of the Calabrian hinterland, amongst fruit trees and centuries-old walls, stands the Spinning Mill of the Quintieri, an historical complex of gardens and buildings, originally used for the production of silk. A spectacular setting for any type of event, perfect to properly enhance the most important day of your life.

A Calabrian house of particular historic and artistic interest, it was completely restored in 2002. It has a garden of lush vegetation, divided into short thematic routes, obtaining a harmonious concert of colours and fragrances of immediate visual and olfactory impact.
