LA MARCA DI SAN MICHELE

They are the fourth generation of a vine-dressers family who wants to reinstate some of the most authentic origins and soul of this craft.

In 2007, with an idea to move towards organic farming by coming full circle and therefore going back to their family viticulture origins, they created a new company focused only on the excellence of the grape. Personally working only 6 hectares of vineyards in San Michele, their goal is to obtain the maximum quality grapes.

Today the company is looked after run by Alessandro, Beatrice and Daniela

They have always conceived Contrada di San Michele as a border area and whoever has had the chance to take a stroll through its vineyards and white roads is able to feel the intimate link between this territory and its wine, Verdicchio.
The vineyards are well adapted to a mild microclimate unique to this area. The landscape of gently rolling hills climb to the west towards the Apennines and descend east towards the Adriatic Sea.

The wines produced from the vineyards, that surround this small village, boast the DOC and Classico designation that ascertain this territory as the oldest wine production area in the region.

Their wines are produced with Verdicchio grapes from their own vineyards certified as DOCG Riserva and DOC Superiore.
Depending on the year our production can vary between 10,000 and 30,000 bottles.
