The history of the School

L’Ecole des Fleures was created by Alba Franzoni, who opened her flower shop in Gussago, a village in the province of Brescia, in 1996 after engaging in completely different work activities: first she was teacher in primary school and kindergarten as well as a music teacher, then President of a Cooperative and finally Director of a company with 250 employees.

One day, by chance or by fate, flowers came into her life! Since she was a child, Alba had always dreamed of working with flowers and organizing events, until she took courage and went to the School of Floral Art surprising everyone.

Alba opened her shop after attending four courses of Basic Technique, she worked so much that after a year she already hired nine people who worked in her shop. Overall she then attended 10 courses.

Nothing could stop her and in 2000 Alba opened the School “L’Ecole des Fleurs”.

She started out with 10 students until she got up to 2000.

In addition to courses, Alba also organizes parades of floral dresses that have made her famous nationwide.

Among the various activities, L’ecole des fleures also takes care of furnishing shops, exhibitions, events, weddings, and many other interesting projects.

The school collaborates with municipalities to raise awareness among shop owners in order to design the windows of their shops and helps in the organization of Events and Weddings for Italians and foreigners.

The best things come when you chase your dreams!
